Welcome to our Bearded Dragon Care Sheet!

We wanted to provide a page where you could find as much information as possible on keeping bearded dragons, and we hope this will become your go-to resource!
This Bearded Dragon Care Sheet will cover everything you need to know on raising healthy and happy bearded dragons. The Care Sheet is split up into ten pages, each on a different topic. We will take you down each step of bearded dragon husbandry – from setting up the enclosure to organizing a consistent feeding schedule.
Bearded dragons are from the dry, arid regions of Australia, therefore dietary needs are provided by native insects and local vegetation. Rainfall, dew, and plant (such as cacti) consumption provides adequate hydration.
It is important to replicate their native environment as much as possible when kept in captivity. For instance, a bearded dragon requires proper housing, sufficient light and heat, and a nutritious diet in order to stay happy and healthy. It is important to have everything required for keeping bearded dragons, and have it all set-up and operational, before acquiring your new pet.
There will be a downloadable PDF version of this care sheet at the end. This gives you the option to download this care sheet to use at your convenience and it’s absolutely free!
The first topic is the housing requirements for a bearded dragon!
